Austin Urban Market introduces "Ujamaa Bucks", which promotes local businesses by offering a stimulus program for participating businesses by "Doing It The Ujamaa Way".

Feature: "$5 Ujamaa Bucks" to be won by the visiting public throughout the event that can be used like cash with vendors at the event.

Feature: Book Signing by historian and author Connie A. Miller, Sr. promoting his internationally sold books "Fredrick Douglas American Hero" & "Concepts of a Conservative Black".

Feature: Carl Thomas and Jon B. (Sept. 18th @ The Paramount Theater) CONCERT TICKET GIVEAWAY –Free Drawing for 1 PAIR of tickets held at 2:30 pm (must be 17+ yrs old).
